Thanks to the technique of apnoea diving - free diving without any technical aids - an Austrian diver finds his way back from the warm oceans to the cold, however crystal-clear alpine lakes, hidden in his home mountains. With his diving mask, flippers and diving suit in his backpack, he sets off to immerse himself in only one breath into the unknown depths of alpine lakes. He discovers steep under-water mountain ranges, flooded alpine meadows and trees which grow out of the water. When floating in the mystic lights of alpine lakes he becomes one with the water, and his thoughts become clear, crystal-clear.
