“Eine Reise ins Eiszeitalter des Bayerischen Waldes”
Nature and Environment (), Jürgen Eichinger (Deutschland) 8 min
This film looks back to the time when the climate – and not men – determined the developments in the Bayerischer Wald (Bavarian Wood). At that time, fauna and flora were influenced by the more or less quick change of warm and cold periods. The first humans were highly specialised hunters and collectors and they created the oldest examples of picture art. The film opens unique windows into the past, when aurochs, reindeers and wild horses used to live in the Bavarian Wood.
