Following an invitation by the Brazilian Kalapalo Amazonas Indians, the filmmaker Roland Garve participated in their yearly Yawari festivity. He had already been there once, and had participated in the quite dangerous wrestling matches. At that time he had lost; now he is asking for revenge. At the same time he also wants to document other parts of the festivity as well as the everyday life of this very isolated Indian tribe and compare these shots to the older ones. The reclusive Indians decide themselves who is allowed to visit them. Nevertheless, they manage to have contacts to the outside world whilst at the same time they separate the two worlds strictly.
