“Berge im Berg”
Nature and Environment (), Peter Kreiliger (Schweiz/Switzerland) 27 min
Crystals are becoming rarer and rarer. For centuries, crystal seekers have searched for them in every rock. Two crystal seekers from Graubünden, Switzerland, were nevertheless lucky. They found two groups of crystals of enormous dimensions, each of them weighting approximately one ton. These belong to the most important findings in the Alps. The seekers had to work in the mountain during the whole summer in order to bring out their treasure.
