Andi Hechenberger accompanies the ice climbing champion Ines Papert and the Black Diamond Team during the ice climbing season and during the different training periods until the temperatures drop below zero degrees. He also follows them to the Pitztaler glacier where they train their forearms in an ice cave. He records the competition in the Pitztal valley where Ines reaches the finals.
