“Die Magie der Mongolei”

Heinz Leger 50 min

Friday, 09. Nov. 2007 from 20:30 in Kammermusiksaal

One of the most stunning, untouched landscapes on Earth is found in the heartland of Asia: Mongolia stretches from the impenetrable forests of Siberia in the North to the Chinese wall in the South. A huge variety of rare animal species are found under the deep blue sky that seems to touch the horizon. The Southwest of Mongolia is home to the Mongolian Wild Horse, the ancestor of our domestic horse. On the barren, arid steppes there live Asiatic wild donkeys. In the interior of the Gobi desert, wild camels wander from oasis to oasis. The documentary is a unique revelation of untouched nature and its amazing landscape in the heart of Asia.
