A young sound-designer joins an expedition to the high arctic. He wants to register sounds in the wilderness of the remote islands of Franz Josef Land, because only a few humans can experience them live. Soon he notices that the various sounds and tones of the arctic landscape start relating to his inner world, to his feelings and mind.
