The yew forest at Paterzell is one of the oldest nature protection areas in Bavaria. The wild forest on the foothills of the Alps contains the certainly greatest number of yew-trees in Germany and, literally spoken, is quite something. Whoever sets his foot into this magic forest, sets off on a true journey of discovery. During one and a half years, the camera team has observed this forest, which did not intend to follow the script. The forest taught the team a lesson that the audience should also learn: to enjoy the beauty of every moment and the fugacity.
