- For years, David Lama has dominated the international sport climbing competitions, but at a certain moment he felt it was time to try something new, namely alpine climbing. Together with his climbing partner Peter Ortner he sets off to the Nameless Tower, one of the Trango Towers in the Karakorum. They intend to free climb the route „Eternal Flame“. This undertaking is not easy. At a height of more than 6,000 m there is always thin air, an icy cold and most of the time the route is covered with snow. With a minimum of gear they begin the route. The camera man Corey Rich accompanies the two and delivers unique pictures of Pakistan’s giant mountain world.
