- The German extreme athlete Guido Kunze sets off to Chile in order to conquer the highest volcano on earth by bicycle. The Ojos del Salado in the Atacama desert is almost 6900m high. Kunze intends to defy the hostile environement and the thin air and to set a new world record. This documentary accompanies the extreme cyclist, from the intense preparation in Europe to the spectacular world record attempt in sand, pebble and snow in the Atacama Desert.
