- There are enough superlatives about Robert and Daniela Jasper. In the mountaineering world they belong to the best in the world. He has climbed the steepest rock faces on earth, she has accompanied him on many of his tours. They are connected by their passion for mountains and by their blind trust in each other. The film team accompanies the Jaspers on their favourite route, which leads for 1,600m straight through the Eiger North Face. For them it is almost their second home. But also their true home is visited. “The biggest challenge in our lives is the every-day life at home, in the Black Forest, with our two children”, confess Daniela and Robert Jasper with a smile, “sometimes it happens that we loose our nerves”.
