- April 2003: two extreme snowboarders set off from Grindelwald in order to dare the first descent on the 50° steep north west face of the Mönch on snowboards. All conditions seem to be perfect. After an strenuous ascent, Martin Wolf and Harry Putz reach the summit of this 4.000 m high peak in the Bernese Alpes, located between Eiger and Jungfrau. The adventure starts. When both of them approach the face, they have no idea what is expecting them there and just how dangerous this challenge is going to be.
