- Lauterbrunnen in the Bernese Oberland is one of the most attractive places for BASE jumpers in the world. The documentary portrays the small Swiss village of Lauterbrunnen by making different voices heard: A pastor whose church is situated directly under the Staubbach Falls, which is the first place to jump from. A farmer who gets annoyed at the BASE jumpers landing on his land. A doctor working for the ambulance sevice who is called to a number of accidents of BASE jumpers every summer – and the fools who are risking their lifes for an adrenalin rush. But there are also athletes who are preparing meticulously for every jump, as for instance the Swiss pioneer in BASE jumping Ueli Gegenschatz who is achieving with a wingsuit flights that are longer than anyone could have ever imagined.
