- "The world best ice climber" comes from Austria, more precisely from the 700 soul community Schwendt in the Tiroler Unterland. In 2007, he was world champion in ice bouldering, he was the first Tyrolean ever to climb a 9a. He has done numerous first ascents on ice falls in Austria, Iceland and Japan. This is: Markus Bendler!
