- This film chronicles the impact of bicycles on the people in a valley in Tanzania. “Wheels 4 Life”, a non-profit charity founded by mountain biking legend Hans Rey, gives bicycles to people in need of transportation in developing countries. Documented over the period of one year, we see how bicycles changed the lives of people in Africa and how “Wheels 4 Life” works. A bicycle can get a child to a distant school, a healthcare worker to an ailing patient, and help a struggling individual make a living. Can a bicycle change the world? We think it just might!
