- The extreme or at least one-sided way of life of many extreme athletes is often discussed and also criticised. In „Enlightenment“, this topic is presented in a way that does not favour a life style or evaluate the “career life” acknowledged by society. However, this film invites us to reconsider our own way of life. The story is about a young climber who has adapted his whole life to his great passion, climbing. All of a sudden he is confronted with another way of life – a life with a regular profession.
