In 2008, 22 mountaineers climbed the K2. The second highest mountain on earth is known as one of our planet’s most difficult elevations to climb. 48 hours after the set off from the High Camp, the last stop underneath the summit, 11 of them have died. Like in a horror movie which becomes reality, the mountain seems to kill one climber after the other. This film shows, in a sensitive way, how the single destinies are interwoven by the events on the mountain, and how this tragedy resulted.
