This is how this special film about a young girl starts, accompanying her from her birth to her teenager years. Through Lhamo’s eyes we learn a lot about the simple, hard and nevertheless happy life in the isolated villages high up in the harsh region of Zanskar. Lhamo’s words and the impressive pictures present us in a clear and authentic way a childhood which is completely different from childhoods in the valleys of Central Europe.
