Wolves roam the German forests, as do boars, foxes, deer, chamois as well as people. We decide, which animals may be hunted, when and how many. These decisions are always hotly disputed. Hunters, animal protectors, farmers and biologists express their different opinions on how we should treat our nature. In midst of the wild heart of our civilized world, we are deeply affected by the fight for the great wild outdoors.
