At the end of Val Rovana (1400m) in Ticino, Switzerland, there are two little villages, Campo Vallemaggia and Cimalmotto. Thirty years ago more than thousand inhabitants, lived there. Today there are about fifty. Recently, there has been a certain revival of interest in that area.
