Bouldering was for a long time Fabian Buhl’s greatest passion, that means, climbing on boulders and jumping down. However, after having broken his ankle, he had to avoid those jumps, which led to a stunning development. Fabian Buhl started to climb longer routes and he became more and more addicted to more and more challenging tours in the mountains. And, no-one less than Alexander Huber has become his mentor and roped partner. The German series Bergauf-Bergab presents the 28 year-old climber from the Allgäu on his way from bouldering to mountaineering.
