The district forester and photographer Thomas Kranabitl from Bad Aussee, Austria, sets off to Nepal to research for a book. He also visits the village of his friend Shiba Hari Rijalc, who had once lived several years in Bad Aussee. When Thomas arrives, it is most evident, that the enormous damages of the earthquake in 2015 are still visible. The local school building for 150 pupils has been destroyed and until today, there is no substitute building. Thomas Kranabitl wants to change the situation and he founds an initiative to rebuild that school.
