For many years, the „Riegler brothers" belong to the elite of climbers and mountaineers, not only in South Tyrol, but worldwide. This film depicts the career of the two brothers and leads us to one of the remotest areas in the eastern Karakorum in Pakistan, where, before these two guys from Bolzano, no human being has ever been. In addition, Martin and Florian climb through the route “Serac”, which has been opened by them, to the summit of the Gran Zebru, located between Ortler and Königsspitze in South Tyrol. Their success is based on a mixture of trust, precise techniques and intelligence. Florian is a climbing instructor and an orchard and wine grower. Martin is a freelance architect and a brooder. Their different characteristics complete each other and so they form a perfect climbing team in ice and rock.
