That is why for all event locations broad safety precautions have been met.

When buying a festival ticket, our partner oeticket raises contact details - that means, name, email address and/or mobile phone number of the respective customer. Those pieces of information are not processed by Mountainfilm Graz and are going to be deleted after 28 days. We suggest purchasing tickets beforehand to prevent waiting times at the door due to the required contact tracing. The Federal Ministry for Social Affairs, Health, Care, and Consumer Protections provides information and updates regarding safety measures, which also apply at the festival, on their website.

Please note that since 08.11.2021 the 2G-rule (vaccinated or recovered) applies to the visit of the festival and have the corresponding proof as well as a photo ID ready for the entrance control.

Our staff is extensively trained on the realization of the prevention measurements and is happy to answer your questions at any time.
