The training to become a "certified mountain guide and ski instructor" is quite long and ambitious. This documentary accompanies the mountain guide aspirants Ursula Wolfgruber, Julian Bückers and Dario Haselwarter on their path to their dream job. Already at the beginning of their classes, the three candidates had to provide evidence of their outstanding mountaineer skills, and in the course of the three years of film making, they develop to “complete” alpinists. This film gives us insight into the thoughts of the protagonists and their teachers.
