The barely explored caldera of Mount Suswa in the Rift Valley in Kenia is homeland to many animals in varied living spaces. In the vast planes around it, live gazelles and bat-eared foxes. Bats and baboons find shelter inside the huge maze of lava caves. In addition, hidden in the deeper inner crater, there is a mystic forest, so impenetrable, that the few animals remain concealed.
