Since the emergence of our planet around 4.6 billions of years ago, our earth has been formed by forces of nature. Natural cycles have maintained a biological balance, however, since approximately 12,000 years, this balance has been upset by mankind. At the beginning in an almost imperceptible way, then more and more apparently. Never before, so many people had to share one planet as today. And never before, the base of our life, like water, earth and air, have been more endangered. Therefore, the scientist want to name this new eon the Anthropocene, the eon of mankind.
