The Trans-Corsica-Route “GR20” belongs to Europe’s most dangerous mountain hiking routes and has given a good scare to many climbers, be it unexperienced ones or professionals. In 2015, seven climbers have been killed here. However, who succeeds in reaching the hut on top, will not only enjoy a glass of red wine, but also a deep satisfaction and a special form of loneliness, which will make forget the hard struggle and make everything become easy. This documentary deals with hiking, climbing, encounters, adventures, fear and loneliness.
