Antoine Le Menestrel has been associated with the cliffs of Buoux in France, since his childhood. Early he began to build new routes there, among others the “Parisian Band”, his first own route in difficulty level 8A. In this sympathetic documentary, Antoine tells of his thoughts at that time, he questions the meaning of life in general and his own life in particular. Now, at the age of 55, he describes his climbing as liberating. The journey is the reward, his motto now is to listen to his body and to share experiences.
