As children, they ran barefoot to school; as adults they break world records. This documentary tells the stories of Kenyan runners, of their early days in rural Kenya and of the rigorous training that has propelled many to the top of their sport. We follow the two young runners Solomon Boit and Rhonex Kipruto on their way to the top, and Nancy Kiprop, who at 39 has had a remarkable running career and uses her success to support people in her home country.
