Daniel H. Anker is a silent giant in Swiss Alpine climbing, having set a benchmark in Alpine sport climbing with the "La vida es silbar" route on the Eiger. He climbed the route again at the age of 60, without any fuss and at his own speed. This joint film project with photographer Thomas Senf interweaves Cuban film classic "La vida es silbar" with the thoughts and ideas of the climber from Bern and shows amazing footage from the face of the Eiger.
