Gerwentil is the historical name of the Karwendel Mountains, Tyrol’s largest protected area and Austria’s largest natural reserve. Especially in winter, some of the mountain landscape turns into a desolate wildness rarely found in our latitudes – an ideal place for adventure. Over a period of two years, the passionate project team captured stunningly beautiful footage that shows the mountains from new perspectives.
